Black and White lines on the Page Browser instead of images

For the bad display issue the computers graphics are in 16bit mode.  Here are the steps to fix.
Right click on your Desktop and select Properties.
Press the Settings tab
Under Color Quality select Highest 32-bit
Press OK
Open any previous ActivInspire flipcharts
Select each page and press the Refresh button in the toolbar on each page
Save the flipchart
Going forward you will not need to press the Refresh button on newly created flipcharts.

  • Open any previous ActivInspire flipcharts
  • Select each page and press the Refresh button in the toolbar on each page
  • Save the flipchart
  • Going forward you will not need to press the Refresh button on newly created flipcharts.

 

If the problem still is occurring please upgrade your ActivInspire and your ActivDriver.
