ISSUE:

Learning path is stuck because unlock option does not work, even when entering unlock password, student is still unable to continue onto learning path.

4/11/07 3:00pm.

The reason this learning path was unable to be unlocked was because it was not unlocked as a whole assignment. There are cases where if you cannot unlock just one assignment, you have to unlock the page as well.

SOLUTION:
Maximize the students page, to view his full learning path. If you look below his learning path, you will see a horozontal stripe and under it there is a Progress Alert with a message similar to "Learning Path has been locked, please contact instructor to Unlock"

There is a button next to this message, click on button and the unlock option will come up. Type in "unlock99" (lowercase)

Then you will look at the student's learning path, click on the first caution signal(that indicates it must be unlocked).
The unlock option will come up again, when prompted enter "unlock99" and your screen should refresh to indicate the student can continue onto the next activity (which will be indicated by the name being underlined).
